Tagdiv editor issue – unable to add/edit/update elements

Hi,

Following our host having to redeploy and restore our sites from a backup I have noticed an issue across our websites with the Tagdiv editor.

Any changes made to current elements in the editor are not saved nor reflected on the live page, adding new elements just adds text e.g ‘row’ (highlighted below) instead of the block, and clicking on these doesn’t do anything so they are unable to be edited, saving the page does not update it and when refreshing the builder/edit page the new added elements are gone.

Do you know what might be causing this, or how to fix?

Hello!

Please try to reinstall TagDiv Composer, also make sure your WordPress and plugins are up to date.
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

Hi Bettina,

Thanks for your help.

I had already reinstalled TagDiv Composer though this did not fix the issue.

I have been able to narrow it down to a plugin – All in One SEO.

Once this plugin was deactivated the editor functionality returned to normal.
