tagdiv gallery images load above-the-fold. no lazy loading?

From what I can see the lazy loading is applying on tagDiv gallery, this can be check by deactivating the javascript, the image should not load if the lazy loading is apply on gallery -> https://www.screencast.com/t/1SPFJkl4JgBR if you scroll fast and check the gallery you’ll see the images loading -> https://www.screencast.com/t/i1z9DKMy

I am using Chrome DevTools > Network (Filter: Img) + Cache Disabled — and without scrolling, the images in the tagDiv gallery are downloaded along with the smaller thumbnail previews below the captions. I’ve just checked the situation and ask a developer about this situation, as results the lazy loading was made to applying in our theme only on thumbs, this will be extend for all images in the coming updates.
