I am also having the same issue, would like to know if any work around. I have tried disabling all the plugins but no luck.
Yeap. The problem started after the last update released 🙁
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Hello Bogdan. O already did this with no success. The gallery os working well for the móbile theme plugin but unfortunally after the update, this problem started to happen. You Saw that another guy in this topic have the same problem i have. Its a common problem.
What is the solution for It?

I have tried with many other ways but finally nailed the issue. I have downgraded the WPBakery Visual Composer to 4.9 and works well with latest theme.
Hey Chito. Thats great man. But in the same way its dados because the theme must work with the last version of visual composer due a vulnerabilities risks :(. I Will try that solution. Hi Bogdan. I guess something is going on for who is updating the visual composer and theme to the latest version. Was not only with me, its a common problem. Maybe you should take a better look into that. I tried to replicate the issue in a clean website and surprise, i got the same problem.

Yes, but why are we not receiving it on our end on all of our testing sites and on over 12 pc’s with local installs. If there is an issue in the theme we should be able to see it. Please provide a link to your clean install so i can inspect it.

This is what I did today and it works so far,
I already had the latest theme with Visual Composer v4.9, I deleted the plugin and install the plugin from theme panel to get the latest version of the plugin. Then I clear all the cache including cloudflare and gallery is doing as expected. I did this before too but not sure why did not work before. I will closely monitor in coming days and will provide additional info if the issue shows up.

Cloudflare? They did some maintenance about a week ago
If any of you want to help us out by finding what the issue is without downgrading your VC version, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin with admin rights so we can investigate what is going on with the gallery .,we are not seeing this issue on our end so it is impossible to see the issue for ourselves.
