Hi,
I recently purchased this Newspaper7 theme and installed on WPEngine page. The theme loads fine, but when it is trying to get the default content, it gives the issue of tagDiv Importer error and does not load the default content.
Note: It only happens for default template, other templates work fine. Can you let me know where or what to do to resolve this issue?

Do you have an issue importing Newspaper default demo?
Please verify and increase the System Status parameters to at least recommended values – http://screencast.com/t/9RXWZI0YND – https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ and also please disable all your plugins except Visual Composer when you import a predefined content.

Thanks Alln for the reply. Yes, I’m having issue importing Newspaper default demo. I tried the system status parameter changes, but it did not help in resolving the issue. As per the reply I have emailed to tagDiv team with wp-admin access and theme license.
