Hi there,
Im having troubles uploading one of the Newspapers demos, Im getting this error and then it shows it is installed successfully, but Im missing all the content. I do have other demo content uploaded, but I thought the theme would just overwrite it, isn`t that the case?
I checked everything in the roots directory and parameters are correct, so I don`t understand what could be the problem. Can you advise?

There should not be any issues, if the system status parameters are set according to the guide

Check the permissions on the uploads folder, this could be the cause

Try installing the demo you want again while having all other plugins deactivated, leave only theme plugins active. If you have another demo installed, everything it has imported will be removed by the new demo.
