I’d like to be able to use the Lightbox for individual images in posts. Is there a way I can do it with this plugin: http://tagdiv.com/tagdiv_lightbox_for_galleries

Try it, but I’m not sure that will work with this theme. Also you can try other light-box plugins, there are a lot on them on WordPress plugins http://wordpress.org/plugins/
