You need to check in Plugins and delete the tagDiv Mobile Theme https://www.screencast.com/t/scIuvsPNbV after that go in Newspaper>Plugins and update the tagDiv Mobile theme and activate it https://www.screencast.com/t/54HcBdG8p ( if you need it ).
Hope this will help you!

Hi,
You can not install the mobile theme because you already have a file with that name in theme files.
Please delete the plugin from …/wp-content/plugins/td-mobile-plugin ( host file ), and install it again ( you’ll find it here https://www.screencast.com/t/Va2eHHA7T ).
This should resolve your problem.
Thank you.
I’ve deleted the entire Nowspaper theme from the server and all the plugins.
I made a fresh install of the theme and when i tried to install the tagDiv Mobile Theme the same error appeared.
Fatal error: Cannot declare class Mobile_Detect, because the name is already in use in /home3/r65364nofa/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-mobile-plugin/Mobile_Detect.php on line 28
Is not the first time I install an update, but is the first time i’ve got this error!!!!

Hi,
This can be a plugin conflict, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If the problem persist, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
