Hello,
I really like the newsletter form options, however, they only collect the email address. How can I add a field for name or other fields?

Thanks!
Hello,
Please let me know what provided you use for Newsletter. You need to create the Newsletter in your account, and after to display it on the website you can use the Column text https://avada.com/documentation/how-to-create-and-map-custom-data-in-mailchimp/
Thank you!
Hi Anamarie,
We use mailchimp but the link you sent isn’t relevant. I’m asking how to use the pre-built form that comes with TagDiv.. I’d like to add First and Last name to that form. The first/last names are already selected within Mailchimp, so the problem isn’t mapping to mailchimp. The problem is that the fields don’t exist in the form. Please let me know? Thanks!
Hi,
Our newsletter has not displayed the other fields, which is why I said to set the code in column text to display as you create in MailChimp https://www.screencast.com/t/N6rPZvAa
Thank you!
Hi Anamarie, sorry but I still don’t understand what you mean. It’s not possible to add column text or additional fields into the newsletter form in tagdiv..
Sorry but I still don’t understand. How do I use the column text to display the entire form with additional fields?
Hi,
“Column text” and “text with title” elements have a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open and you can add some text/code/shortcode in the text area.
https://www.screencast.com/t/N6rPZvAa The shortcode/code is automatically saved.
Thank you!
Hi Anamaria,
I’m really sorry but that doesn’t work. Column text/text with title both need to be added to the page. Adding them to the page doesn’t affect the newsletter. If you are clicked into the newsletter, they don’t have an option to access or add column text/text with title.
