When we activate Tagdiv Opt-in plugin, and then open the WordPress customizer, we get a message that “WordPress has encountered a critical error”. In the debug log the following message is logged:
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function get_current_screen() in ../www/wp-content/plugins/td-subscription/includes/td_subscription.php:196

So, I understand you have the last theme version, v11.2 and the last WordPress version, v5.8
Please do the following steps
1. disable tagDiv Opt-In Builder plugin
2. uninstall tagDiv Opt-In Builder plugin
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. re-install tagDiv Opt-In Builder plugin again from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/Fvl4HN299
5. activate tagDiv Opt-In Builder plugin
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
After these steps please check if the issues persist.
