Hi,
This is not a issue, this is a requirements, since Newspaper v9.7 TagDiv Plugins need to be update manually after each theme update as per Envato WordPress Requirements – https://help.author.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000472383-WordPress-Theme-Requirements
