Tagdiv Plugins deactivating

What once was a random issue, now is happening every night. All of the Tagdiv plugins, tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library, tagDiv Social Counter, and others are deactivating each night. This obviously messes up my layouts. Once I manually reactivate them, each morning when I get up, everything is fine.

We’re currently on 9.1, WP 5.4, PHP 7.3 on a dedicated, bare iron server.

Thanks.

It just happened again, so it’s getting worse. So on a hunch, I deactivated my caching plugins and I’ll see what happens.

If anyone is listening, which it seems they’re not, I just upgraded to the latest version 10.3.2. Hopefully this will solve the issue. I will report back after a couple of days.

I have the same problem with 9.6.1. Seems to occur around 8 am PST since last Monday.

After upgrading (9.1 –> 10.3.2) the issue seems to have vanished. If I see the issue again, I will update this thread.

Thank you!

Yes, it turns out upgrading to v10.3.2 fixed the issues.

Thanks.

Is it painful to upgrade from 9.6.1 to 10.3.2? I have a child theme only to hold customized plugin files, nothing for the theme.

enigmatictech, no. Just make sure you backup your content and includes directories. I upgraded from 9.1 with only a couple of issues. The biggest one was solved by activating the plugins and refreshing my sidebar settings.

I’ll give it a shot. Thanks for your help!

Hi enigmatictech,

Also please check our documentation for child theme -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
