Problem is that with the latest version of the template it tells me two php files that are obsolete. And I install it in the order you decide, but there is no way. So reading the tags here I see that you have to install tagDiv Shop, but even installing everything from scratch, it appears in the installation of plugins tagDiv Shop.

tagDiv Shop plugin is a Newspaper plugin, the Newsmag theme does not have it, for Newsmag you will have to use the shortcodes from the woocommerce plugin – https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/

The TagDiv Shop plugin does not exist for Newsmag, there is no point in looking for it.
Normally Newsmag and woocommerce should work ok without making changes to the theme.

Normally are used the elements from wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/woocommerce/archive-product.php and single-product.php the Newsmag/woocommerce/single-product.php will be used only fi the tagDiv Composer is not enabled.
