The tagdiv slide gallery is appearing squashed on my site:

If you click on the images they look normal but in the gallery view they are squashed. How can I fix this?

Do you use a plugin to optimize the images, or do you have a plugin that have options to optimize the images?

We use Imagify to optimise images but the images are appearing fine if you click on them. Just not in the on-page gallery view.

Please disable the plugin, clear the cache, and check after. I think that you have a setting to resize, and this one can interfere https://imagify.io/documentation/resize-larger-images/#:~:text=With%20the%20WordPress%20plugin%2C%20you,than%20your%20largest%20thumbnail%20width.

Disabling the plugin and clearing the cache didn’t work. The setting for resizing big images matches our image sizes. This suggests it’s not Imagify that’s the problem – is there any way of specifying the height and/or width of the gallery when it appears on page?
