Hi,

When adding a gallery with gallery type tgdiv slide gallery, the mobiel version shows only the first image and it not possible to scroll trough the images.

AMP en Mobile theme are activated. Deactivating does not solve the issue.
Deactivating other plugins does also not work.

Problems apprears on different mobiles and operating systems.
On the desktop the gallery works fine.

Example page: https://leidenamateurvoetbal.nl/2019/elftal-van-de-week/de-beste-spelers-van-het-seizoen-2018-2019-in-jaarelftallen/

Hope to hear from you. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

From what I can see the mobile theme is displayed on desktop as well
http://prntscr.com/nzvnek
This shouldn’t happen. Please make sure the super cache is set as mentioned in the guide
https://tagdiv.com/wp-super-cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also a theme javascript file as well as some plugin resources provide 403 errors, they seem to be blocked by the server – http://prntscr.com/nzvpbrhttp://prntscr.com/nzvrsr
This could happen due to security plugins or security modules on the server. Maybe the hosting provider knows what is causing it.

I would also suggest that you temporarily deactivate all plugins except theme plugins and the cache plugin. Then clear the cache and check if the website is working properly.

Thanks

Hi Simion,

Tried disabling all plugins excepot WP super cache, Redis object cache AMP and the theme plugins. WP super cache is configured as adviced.
403 errors seemed to come from the firewall plugin (BulletProof Security Pro).

After disabling and flushing the gallery worked on my android phone with chrome browser.
It however it did not respond on the firefox browser.

Not using the tagdiv slide gallery seems to ‘solve’ the problem but then it shows all pictures at once on the page.

So still struggling to get this fixed.

greetings Bart

Hi,

I checked again, now it seems that more of the javascript files, from the theme and most plugins you are using are blocked – http://prntscr.com/o3w27t

Maybe these are blocked by the same firewall plugin you mention. You could check the settings used in the plugin configuration, for some indication as to why this happens.

Some security plugins add rules in the htaccess file, and deactivating theme may have no effect until the code is removed manually.
