Hi,

Social Counter doesn’t work, only twitter, none of other accounts. I have put ID’s as in tutorial to no avail.

Any ideas ?

I have updates to the newest version of wp, newsmag and social counter version. Still don’t work

OK, I deleted plugin from widget and put it again with all ID’s and it’s working.

I have the same problem only with facebook, it asks me to put:
facebook app id
facebook security key
facebook access token

but I’m not able to do it.

How can I do?

Hello GianBell92,

Please notice that if you will use the latest version of the theme, you will no longer need the security key and access token. If the problem is still there and if the Facebook does not work, you should send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup page. Provide there the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you.
