TagDiv Social Counter don't run

I added Facebook ID in TagDiv Social Counter, but It not show number.
My website: hehehe.tv
Please, help me!

Hello minhtien0408,

Please make sure that you have installed the latest version of Social Counter (3.1). To be sure that you have used this version, please check in your Social Facebook Settings if you have this fields http://screencast.com/t/wItNbwKUGq9w (Facebook App Id, Facebook Security Key, Facebook Access Token), otherwise, please remove your social counter plugin and install from Plugins Section within Wp panel, like this: http://screencast.com/t/dM3Dig1Cbd7 .

Hi there,
I have tried everything what you have suggested above, but my FB social counter stuck at 10. I have also sent an email in this regard. Please advise what I have done wrong to address this issue urgently.

Tried several times:
– Clearing Cache
– Deleting and Reentering FB App ID etc
