I am happy customer who bought Newspaper theme recently. Theme works very well however very important feature for me is facebook fans count in the sidebar. I followed all the steps detailed in installation instructions, create Facebook App and copied App ID and Secret into the plugin settings (in the sidebar widget settings) and clicked Get Access Token. Access token seems to be retrieved properly however fans count shows 0 đ Please help! I tried to google the issue but I have no luck with this.

Please provide a link to your website so we can inspect the counter. If the counter is set according to the guide, the most common issue would be if the Facebook profile page is private or has restrictions.
Try viewing it in incognito mode with your browser. The counter will not work if it is private.

The counter will display the values from a Facebook “like” page. Such as this one
– https://www.wikihow.com/Create-a-Facebook-Fan-Page
The page must be public and have with no restrictions.

Will the counter work with a non business or fan page like regular FB page? Like one for an individual?
A fan page such as the one mentioned above must be used, in order for the counter to display information. Other Facebook page types may not work.
