Hi,
I have the problem with tagDiv social counter. I added all the informations – Facebook id, Facebook App Id, Facebook Security Key, Facebook Access Token (facebook developers) and it still shows 0 fans. Can you please help me?

Hi,
Update the theme to the latest version of it. Install it via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup page.
