Please ensure that you have fully updated your Social Counter to the latest version of it (4.1) only via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. Also, please keep in mind that it could take a while until you get the result from your Facebook because this is not a live request. PLeae try to clear all your caches and test it again and see how it work.

Hello guys, i fixed issue with Facebook, for some reason Facebook APP ID was deleted. But today i have random problem from blue sky again with social counter plugin. The plugin is not a live count and is affected by cache. Facebook takes a bit of time before it updates.

I do know that. The problem is that when i translate “Followers” to – draugai, and “Follow” to – sekti after saving and clearing cache, reloading page in social counter on Google+ were I translated “Followers” to – draugai, it shows “sekti” its translation form Twitters “Follow” and in twitter it says “sekti” as it should. Problem still persists. I tryed reupload theme, delete install social counter, disable, enable etc.. Im really stuck. Problem website – https://kana.pe , take a peak when you have time.

Well the problem seems to be gone now. The followers are draugai and the follow is sekti…there is no issue present. I also tested this on my end but could not recreate the issue.
