Tagdiv social counter plugin can't work

i was installed the tagdiv social counter plugin for my website and already set up as like the documentation said.. i set up the facebook app from https://developers.facebook.com but when someone like my page on facebook, the social counter doesn’t work… and still show “0” like… how can i fix this?
