Hi guys, I’ve followed the instructions on the documentation and created an app to use with the tagdiv social counter included with newspaper 8. For twitter and youtube everything is fine but with facebook I can’t get the number of followers to show on my website.
I want to share my own facebook page for which I currently have around 66 followers. The url is https://www.facebook.com/alainpaquetterevolution
So in the widget’s config I’ve put my app ID and secret with the name alainpaquetterevolution for my facebook id. This is not working even if I do all the steps in the documentation.
I tried to change the id for a page that I manage instead of my own profile page, that doesn’t work either.
My goal would be to get the numbers of followers from my own facebook page with id alainpaquetterevolution.
Please help me do this asap.

Make sure that you have the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there regarding on Facebook, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your wp-admin so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Provide there the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you.

Any fix for this? I am having the same issue. I can not seem to get the number of people who like the page to show up.
