I have deactivated this plugin. I am not sure if it will have some negativa effects or not.
I have a link to Twitter in the mobile menu. I am not using the block called “Social Counters” anywhere since it doesn’t include the social media I want to use anyway.
It says in the plugins under the theme in red REQUIRED now. I cannot see any bad effects for the website though.
Is it safe to have it disabled?

If you are not using the element there is no issue on this. You can freely work without this plugin too.
