TagDiv Social Counter Showing 0 Facebook Fans

Hi, The TagDiv Social Counter has suddenly started showing 0 for my fan page. Usually it shows the correct amount.

I have checked the ID and that works and so does the link.

What could be happening please.

I’m having the same issue. Also with Twitter, showing 0 fans.

I’ve also checked the ID, tried various ID’s including ‘Envato’ — doesn’t show any followers. The linkage still works. I’ve also cleared all the caches and tried on multiple browsers/computers. Help!

Hello,

I think it might be broken (facebook counter). Mine has stopped updating the number of fans a couple of days ago, it’s stuck in some number. Twitter seems to be working fine but I don’t get that many new subscribers as compared to fb to say for sure.

It’s a minor thing, I can wait till monday when TagDiv staff will adress this, and may even be from the side of fb and only temporary.

Unfortunately, there is a general problem with Facebook counter. We know about this and our developers try to find a solution for it, as soon as possible. We will provide the solution!

Our developers work hard to solve this issue and tomorrow will be available a new update, version 6.6.1 only with new social counter.
