TagDiv Social Counter Stopped updating the count

I noticed today that the social counter stopped updating the current total from my social media sites. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hello jmedina0107,

Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way and also, ensure that the Social Counter plugin has been updated to the latest version of it. Clear all the caches and check the results.

I am using version 4.2. Also I am seeing others complaining about this very issue on the forums. Is there a solution for this?

Please ensure that your Social Counter plugin has been right setup according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/social-counter-styles-on-newsmag/ If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Provide there the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you.

Hi Catalin,

I believe I have the social counter setup correctly. All of the other Social media pages that I have set up on the counter are working like they should. The only one is Instagram. I also noticed that the Instagram Images are not updating with the widget. I believe this is related. I will send an email now with the information you need.
