I have updated to the V 7.3 of Newspaper theme (running on WordPress 4.6.1). I have installed the tagDiv social counter plugin and activated it, but when I go looking for the widget is not there. I see a long list of tagDIV widget but no social counter. Could someone tell me what to do? I have cleared the cache several times too. Here is the link to the website: http://genitoricrescono.com

Social Counter should be available ion widgets list under Appearance > Widgets: http://screencast.com/t/btgBxj3EL and also is available in Visual Composer: http://screencast.com/t/Mm3X1GwKn

I have the SAME problem, but the “Social Counter” doesn’t appear in the Widgets menu and in the Visual Composer.

Facabook has just removed fans number form fanpgaes, at least from main page. In my case whole site collapsed.
This may be the cause.

Facebook does not have anything to do with it as the social counter has multiple social networks to work with besides Facebook. The plugin should show up in visual composer and in the widgets area. if yours does not, please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
