I have had this operating successfully for some time but all of a sudden it had disappeared. Well not quite there is a washed out image of the icons but that is it. I didn’t change anything so not sure what has happened. http://www.talkingarts.com.au. Any ideas what might have happened?

Please update Social Counter plugin at V 4.1, this version can be found in current theme’s path available on themeforest, clear all caches then test again.

I’ve done all of the updates, but my Instagram still shows me at 12k, and I’m at 14.6k now and it won’t update.

Please make sure you have the latest version of the social counter (4.1) and clear all caches whether it;s a plugin, cdn or hosting cache. The social counter in not a live count. It makes a few requests per day in over to keep the server as light as possible on the load. Please clear caches and allow it a bit of time to update.

Thanks so much for the feedback. I uploaded the latest version and cleared the cache and the widget is visible again. Instagram seems to have lost its count for some reason but everything else is working
So I deleted the TagDiv Social Media Counter and re-installed with the updated version and now this happens:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method td_block_social_counter::get_block_css() in /home/connorha/public_html/mylifepossible.com/wp-content/plugins/td-social-counter/shortcode/td_block_social_counter.php on line 52
Any thoughts here? I’m not sure what I am doing wrong, I just want the tracker back and working. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have inspected your source page and I noticed that you are not using the latest version of the theme and required plugins. Please try to update all of them, clear all your caches and test it again and check the results. You will must have the Newspaper 7.4 with Social Counter 4.1 and Visual Composer 4.12.1 if you want to bring the best results with our theme.

I’ve tried to update my Newspaper through the WordPress dashboard and I get this error message:
Update Failed: The theme is at the latest version.
I’m not sure what I am doing wrong here, but I can’t seem to get anything updated on my end so my counter will begin working on mylifepossible.com. Can you help?

Please ensure that you are using the 4.1 version of Social Counter in order to bring best results with it. Also, if you have the latest version of theme and plugins and you still encounter this problem, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page.
