TAGdiv socialcounter / newspaper 7 problem

I installed tagDiv socialcounter in my page and twitter works, instagram works but facebook does not work and it takes forever to get token, but it doesn’t work even with the token…
what should i do?

Please ensure that you have followed all the steps regarding on Social Counter, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial/
If the problem is still there after this, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Provide there the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you.

NOTICE: If you have a problem with the Get Access Token notice that might be from the browser caches. Before pushing it you should clear all of the browser caches and check the results.
