I have used other premium themes in the past and the support offered by tagdiv and the community is by far the best.

The following issues are not covered by support:
Server configuration and complex server-side issues
Customization and installation service
WordPress general support/howto’s. For this can look on wordpress.org forums or check on web for tutorials
Support for third party software and plug-ins or other issues that are not related to our product
If you search through this forum you will see that we do go that extra mile just to make our customers happy. But we cannot tackle big and time-consuming customization though.
