TagDiv Templates not importing

Hi
I’m trying to add a section template to our website. After I select a template (I’ve tried doing this with several different section templates), I click on the Import Section button, and then I get a “Installing…” progress bar that never advances. No progress shown at all.

I’m trying this at this URL:
https://staging24.sncclegacyproject.org/

Our license is assigned to the domain.

Hi,
This situation can be related to a plugin conflict, please do a test using only theme plugins and see if the problem persists. If it is working, then enable the plugins one by one and check until you find the one that is interfering.

Hi

I deactivated all plugins except for:
• tagDiv Cloud Library
• tagDiv Composer
• tagDiv Standard Pack

…and the problem still persists.

any other suggestions?
