I bought the newspaper9 theme but now I can not activate or set the TagDiv Trending now, does anyone know how?

Hi,
The trending now (news ticker) is available in the tagDiv composer, it can be placed in pages and cloud templates – http://prntscr.com/npplho
All you have to do in order to place it, in a page for example, is to edit the page with the tagDiv composer and place the news ticker in it, in the location you want.
