TagDIV works but cant add any element just showing loading circle

Hi there,

i cant seem to edit anything on the tagDIV composer. Can you advise pls? It keeps showing the loading circle and nothing happens when i add an element. Tx

Hi,

First please check the theme system status parameters
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If necessary, ask your hosting provider to increase the value of those parameters according to the guide (WP memory can be set higher if possible). Then check if the composer works properly. Also test on a new page. Let us know the results.

Hi Simion,
I’ve upgraded my hosting to all the correct requirements. Im still facing an issue with TagDIV. I cant edit new page as well. Could you please advise? I also dont have other plugins beside the TagDIV and TagSocial.
