As you can see in the screenshot, TagDivi composer interface doesn’t show properly. Can you help me?

Hi,

Indeed that is not looking properly. Based on previous similar cases this issue has been caused by browser extensions, you could try a different browser or disable them all and test again in the current browser.

Additionally it could be caused by plugins. Try as a quick test to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, then check if the issue is solved.

I´ve followed your advise, but it doesn´t work.

Maybe TagDivi Composer doesn´t look properly in Mac OS High Sierra. I don´t know

What´s the problem?

Hi,

We have tested the composer interface on Mac, for us there are no issues like this present while testing. The newest version of Safari is installed

Maybe you can try to clear the cache of the browser and check if this has any effect

Hi,

I have tested the composer with Google Chrome. I don´t use Safari.

The interface looks properly in PC
