i add tags on the right side of the entry but every time i write a tag this disappears.

Hi,
That is unusual, are you using Gutenberg or the classic editor? I tried in both, seems to work alright – http://prntscr.com/n7t4c5 – http://prntscr.com/n7t50p
In Gutenberg seems in my case there is a small delay after writing the tag until it appears, but it does appear – https://www.screencast.com/t/unlZKNsB2
In your case they do not appear at all? What if you try with the classic editor?
