Tags – in Flex Blocks or other Blocks

Is there a way to display the POST TAG on a home page so that it shows in place of a category?

For example –

I would like to have Sponsored or Brand Highlight able to be seen and shown – – but prefer using TAGS instead of post category.

Unfortunately this option is not possible in Newspaper Theme at the moment.
