Tags in modules

Is there any of the modules that also show tags, example like this http://bias.nu/emne/data/ ?

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, it was not “category tags” i was referring to,
but ordinary tags. A post can have multiple tags. I guess it is not possible

Unfortunately the post tags are show only inside of posts not on the blocks, https://www.screencast.com/t/9RFYDSl5 , on blocks are show the category tags.
