Takeover Ads

We’re thinking about offering Takeover ads to clients. Is that something we can do with the theme site wide? Like this: https://blog.shareaholic.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/Display_homepage_takeover.jpg

You can wide your theme if you will use the TD Composer plugin and add all of the elements you want into a stretch ROW from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/7ryiyaJn5
