I have recently upgraded my system from newsletter 8.8 to 9.0 and after that I also upgraded the td composer as well. But for some reason I get the error
“tagDiv Composer were disabled because they are incompatible with this version of Newspaper”
I tried to overwrite all the files from plugins folder of td-composer, I tried to manually install the theme from newspaper plugins section… tried to delete theme and re-install from the files downloaded from your systen but nothing worked… I just can’t activate the plugin… same also applies to td-social counter.
My version of td-composer is 2.3… please help.

I have had the same problem. Now tagdiv composer is available on my home page, but is missing from daughter pages.

Problem solved, it was another plugin that caused this problem… basicly tried to deactivate all till found the one. Then recycle the application.

We could take a look if there are problems. There would be nothing special about the update, same as always. Update the theme, update the plugins, clear all caches or CDN.
Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and mention the problems you are having in detail. Include a link to this topic in the email. We may need to deactivate all non-theme plugins for testing.
