Hello,
I cannot add elements in the home page using TD composer.When I drag an element only the name of the element appears.
Not the element placeholder with the element options. The tagdiv composer works fine in other pages.

If the issue is happening only in the homepage then that would suggest that something in it is causing it. Try making a copy of the page code

Enter all the code in a new page and see if there is still a problem. If there is, begin by gradually removing elements from it while saving and refreshing the page and checking if the issue is solved. Maybe you can identify what exactly is causing the issue. let us know the results.
