I’m in TD Composer trying to set a background image in a row. The error “Invalid data Current state has involved an issue.” appears. I’ve tried various images and various sizes.
Then, went to another page and used WPBakery. Images insert fine. And, inserting images in Classic mode works fine.
What’s wrong with TD Composer?
To clarify my question. Images seem to insert into TD Composer, but not backgrounds.
When I click Row button in a row > CSS > Background Image the Add Media box appears. I select an image and then receive the error message. I’ve tried various images and sizes. These same images can be inserted or added as an inline single image or image in classic mode or via WPBakery.
How to solve this?

This seems to be indeed an issue. At the moment we recommend you to disable the WP Bakery and work only with tagDiv Composer.

I’ve only been working in TD Composer. So, ONE MORE TIME. HOW IS THE BACKGROUND IMAGE SET IN A ROW. WHEN I TRY THAT, THIS ERROR APPEARS, ” “Invalid data Current state has involved an issue.”
SERIOUSLY, YOU NEVER EVER ANSWER QUESTIONS COMPLETELY. YOUR RESPONSES HAVE BEEN A HUGE WASTE OF TIME.

If I’m right this is the error you get -> https://i.imgur.com/m4DkfWk.png then what Vlad mentioned is true, there is a conflict on few elements between tagDiv Composer and WPBakery, for me this problem is solved after I deactivate the WPBakery -> https://i.imgur.com/1UFeWnp.png -> https://i.imgur.com/feXoejx.png, if you deactivate the WPBakery and problem persist, please make sure that you do not have anther plugin that can provide a conflict, also make sure that you clear all cache.
Our developers were inform about this plugin conflict and will try to solve it for the coming updates.

As I have clearly stated, I have disabled WPBakery. And, the issue still persists.
So, why does this work for one of your demos Dental Studio? That demo has a background image set-up as I mentioned. It works for that demo, why not other sites?
And, what particular plugin would conflict with this? There are very few other plugins installed.

This option should work on all demos, because all demos are made using tagDiv Composer. Maybe this is a restriction on your host for some files or some other plugins (the list with tested plugins -> https://www.screencast.com/t/cmPkh9jba4sZ). Please make a full backup to the website and database and send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel. We will take a look.
