TD Composer Issue

When using TD Composer on staging.thegrio.com the composer turns blank when ads refresh. Can you please provide guidance to correct the issue.

Hi,

Please check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary

You could ask your hosting provider to make them for you, as they might have a recommended method in this regard. Then check if the composer works properly. Let us know the results.

We have made all updates you mentioned above and we are still having issues with composer.

Hi,

Please try to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins as a test, and clear all caching installed. Then check again. If there still is a problem, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information so we can take a look. Also paste a link to this topic in your email.
