td composer not working

please do something for me..i bought newspaper theme 2~3 weeks ago…from thats time TD COMPOSER not working… i do everything what you say…. but still TD COMPOSER dos’t work….!!! please brothers do something…

hello I’m beginner here…please help me…
TD Composer was working but, now same problem. I did not do anything from Cpanel.. Cpanel User name and password are same… please find out the problem and fix. And teach me what is problem are. Thank you…
