None of my page builder is working. Not even your TD Composer.
When I try to edit page it says that this page was not created by TD Composer but I had created the whole website using that only.
And when I try to add text block and add content that also not reflecting.
And I tried visual composer as well but same issue with that too.
Deactivated all the plugins and tried till no success.
Please let me know how to fix it.

I can’t create new page as the contents that I adding is not reflecting when using TagDiv Composer.
And I can’t edit the previous one as well.
This is really annoying now. Please let me know how to fix it or provide me 8.5 Version of your theme.

I don’t know — I am using newsmag exclusively now, and a little different.
Only issue I had with the TD Composer was a conflict with a plugin, and not setting the resources to enough after moving to PHP 7, where PHP 5.6 we had it all sorted, but had to redo settings for PHP 7 as they are different on the server.
Anyway — check the status in theme settings; make sure enough resources; choose to use just *one* of the page builders, NOT both. TD Composer only works on pages, NOT on posts.
Then it should work.

First please check the theme system status

Ask your hosting provider to increase the parameter values if needed.
After doing this check if the composer works properly. If there is still a problem (while having all other plugins deactivated) send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information. We will investigate the issue. Also include a link to this topic in the email.

Hello,
I am trying to create a deals page.
It will have 4 section: Hosting, WordPress Plugins, Themes & SEO
And I want to set a name like #Hosting next will be #Plugins and so on…
And on top of the page I will write the heading Hostings | Plugins | Themes | SEO
So when someone click on the Hosting on top of the page it should take the vistor to Hosting table and suppose if someone clicks on Plugins at top of the page it should scroll down directly to plugins section
How to make this using tagdiv composer as I am not able to find the option

Buttons for example have an option to scroll to class
