td-composer Website not working

After installing the latest version Version: 12.3.1 – the website stops working.
Uninstalling td-composer just starts it but it still doesn’t work properly what’s the problem??

Hi,

There seems you deleted it from the code, what doesn’t work after you activated the plugin?
Now it works, because you only have shortcodes on the page.

If td-composer is enabled – the page does not start – it does not load

I have installed all the plugins and the website after activating td-composer stops working. I have to disable it manually for it to start with errors 🙁

Hi,

Please do a full backup for the website and please get in touch with us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and please provide wp-admin and cPanel access and also include this topic so we can identify you. We’ll check it as soon as possible.
Also, during the investigation, know that we will disable the other non-tagDiv plugins.
