just to let you know there is a problem with the TD Composer/Element: Text with title
when you click ‘Edit Content’ the popup appears but the loading circle never ends to display the box to edit the html ‘Html code here! Replace this with any non empty text and that’s it.’
I used Visual Composer to change this, but thought you should know about the above đ

It should work as intended for you as well. Please check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary

Then try the text with title element again.
