When i activate newsletter plugin in newspaper i cant access to my wordpress dashboard anymore

Please make sure that you have the last version of theme, and you have all theme plugins updated.
If you have the last version of them, please deactivate all no theme plugins, clear all cache and try again, can be a plugin conflict.

I deactivated all the plugins i had and reactivate newsletter one and it worked.
but the problem now is i do not know how to create a newsletter form in home page and in posts page on head and sidebar.
