Not sure what your issue is, you just need to add 1 or 2 or 3 depends how many seconds you want to have between changing posts on slider so just add your time like this: http://screencast.com/t/5bO9v0kpfyrA It work how it should, I have tested this.

This issue with the slider occurs because of Yoast Google Analytics plugin.
We know about this and we are trying to fix this but unfortunately is more difficult than we initially tooth.
