Unfortunately I can not recreate the problem, and the screenshots that you provide are forbidden -> http://prntscr.com/p0p2o9 please provide some marking screenshots and a link where I can check this problem.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Go and scroll down the page.
As in this picture, the ad in the sidebar is better displayed once on all pages.
Also when loading the pages, it doesn’t work properly because of ads like in the picture.

What you can do is to set on the last element from the cloud template a margin-bottom, this should solve your problem.
