Hi,
i am trying to import Pulses Pro theme but keeping my content. It always trows me this error: “Error at rows: 7(models) : 8(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z).” The problem is that i cannot go further with the customization and i cannot fix it. What can I do? I don’t want to import the demo content. Could you please help me and fix this isse keeping this theme and my content? It’s a little bit urgent since I planned to go on production tomorrow.

Hi, I checked the post but i did not add custom code or HTML since i installed the template from scratch. Also, mod_security it at default configuration. Can you please help me if I send you admin credentials? I really don’t know what to do.

If you install the demo with the content, then of course will overwrite your content.
Make sure your posts and pages have no default template set up while you edit them. So, check the settings from the bottom of the page, so you won’t face this issue:

Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.

Hi, I sent you an email with all the login details. Is it possible you fix the error by today? As I specified in the mail, no modification of the code has been applied, nor HTML. Everything has happened inside the editor. I just selected a category from the filter block and the columns have messed up. This project is urgent and it would be nice if you can fix it by today.
