a) check system panel; check registration page in theme panel
b) try disabling plugins to see if one is malware, hacked, whatever
My registration is ok and i disabling all plugins.

Scan the website and database for malware as shown. Remove all plugins, reinstall only theme plugins provided in the official theme package.
And make sure you use the latest version of WordPress.
