Templates API server responded with a fatal error

Hello,

Whenever I try to load the templates, I get “the templates API server responded with a fatal error.”

I saw a couple of other people have this issue but there does not seem to be a fix posted.

Hello tagDiv team,

As of the Tues 30th April, I am also unable to access the theme templates. When I click to ‘add new’ I receive the message: “The templates API server responded with a fatal error”.

Please advise on how to resolve / fix.

Hi,

The cloud library seems to work alright at the moment, may have been something temporary with the servers. Let us know if you have any further problems with it.
